La ricetta che ti presentiamo oggi è semplicissima ma ha un gusto talmente buono da soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti.

Per preparare la pasta al gorgonzola cominciate da quest’ultimo. Eliminate la scorza e affettate, tagliate a cubetti e versateli in un tegame. Unite un pizzico di pepe e accendete il fornello a bassa temperatura lasciando sciogliere il formaggio per una decina di minuti. Nel frattempo portate a bollore l’acqua, salate e cuocete la pasta. Quando sarà al dente scolatela e tuffatela direttamente nel condimento.
