Ingredienti per 6 porzioni
4 uova fresche che trovi in Bottega
6 zucchine
400 gr di farina
50 gr di burro
2 cucchiai di olio evo
1 cucchiaio di parmigiano grattugiato
Basilico, timo, prezzemolo
Lava le zucchine, tagliale a rondelle e mettile in una terrina con un po’ di sale. Mescola la farina con le uova; aggiungi il burro, il parmigiano, i profumi dell’orto tritati e un po’ d’acqua.
Prendi le zucchine e aggiungile all’impasto insieme all’acqua che avranno espulso grazie al sale. Amalgama bene.
Ungi una teglia da forno, versa il composto e cuocete in forno già caldo a 180° per circa 30 minuti.
La tua torta salata è pronta per essere servita! Per un consumo ottimale consigliamo di lasciarla intiepidire.
E’ buona sia appena sfornata che il giorno dopo.
